The location was comfortable, not very far from Alberni Valley Museum. Loved the double room we had with comfortable beds. Everything was nice, including warm breakfasts with HP sauce.

We loved how the double room with comfortable beds was arranged when we arrived. The hotel has a decent central location adjacent to Port Alberni, BC. The onsite restaurant and cafe were convenient.- The property was just 1 km away from Raptors Centre.

Very friendly and helpful check in, location is very good, port in two minutes by car reachable, also shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Personnel different. Some very obliging and helpful, very friendly also, either at the reception as also in the restaurant, another time we had less helpful personnel at the reception as also in the restaurant.

I truly enjoyed the well-appointed room. The breakfast was hot and very tasty.- The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short stroll away from Alberni Valley Museum and downtown Port Alberni restaurants and liquor store.
